Fink House by Ian Moore Architects has gone on the market. The house, up for auction on July 1 2017, is described in an article on realestate.com.au by Stephen Nicholls. A copy of the beginning of the article is included below.
“NOW happily ensconced in Manhattan with a holiday house in the Hamptons, banker Laurence Holyoake and his food-blogger wife Heather Cox no longer have a need for their Ian Moore-designed masterpiece in Woollahra.
They’d been using the three-bedroom home at 35 Ocean St as a Sydney bolthole since buying it for $3.35 million in 2009.
It’s now up for auction on July 1 with a price guide of $3.6 million through Ben Collier of The Agency, which sounds conservative.”
